AI is changing how information is found, written and published. At FXN Holdings we use it every day, and we think it makes useful websites better: faster to update, more complete and easier to use.

We also think that only works if AI is used within clear rules. This post explains what that looks like in practice.

What AI does for us

Our content and comparison sites draw on one shared content platform. AI helps us draft and enrich content on that platform, such as product titles and descriptions, so our catalogue stays complete and consistent.

That cuts down repetitive writing, and improvements to the platform reach every site at once.

What AI doesn't do

AI doesn't decide what goes live. A person reviews AI-assisted content before anything is published. The model drafts; our team checks, edits and approves.

The same principle applies to the assistant on this website. It answers questions from the information on our site, and it passes anything it can't answer to our team rather than guessing.

Why we welcome regulation

People should be able to trust what they read, know who is responsible for it, and have their privacy respected. We welcome regulation that makes that the norm, in Australia and in the markets our readers come from, and we'll follow it as it develops.
