- Technical data collected automatically: our hosting provider and web server may log limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.

Website assistant. If you use the chat assistant on this Website, the messages you type are sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat. If you ask the assistant to pass an enquiry to our team, it sends your name, email address, company (if given), a short summary and the chat transcript to us by email.
3. Why we use your information
We collect and use personal information only for the purposes below, or for related purposes you would reasonably expect. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information.

5. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers (such as our hosting and email providers) may store or process personal information outside Australia. Messages you send to the website assistant are processed through OpenRouter and its model providers, which may process data outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. How long we keep your data
We may keep certain information longer where required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Enquiry and correspondence data: kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
- Server-log data: kept for a short period for security and diagnostics, then deleted or anonymised.
- Website assistant chats: we do not store chat transcripts on our servers. If you ask the assistant to pass on an enquiry, the transcript is kept with that enquiry. OpenRouter and its model providers handle chat data under their applicable privacy policies and retention terms.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it or to stop contacting you.
